I'd try modafinil first if you're not suffering from anxiety, or maybe a DA. I found the Dopamine Agonist ropinirole (requip/repreve) and zoloft was a great combo. I don't tolerate SSRI's very well at all, but when ropinirole was added it made things much better, I stopped the zoloft which was horrendous for me personally and continued on with the ropinirole. Once the zoloft withdrawal was over I did much better on the ropinirole alone. It just got too expensive though and it can have some side effects, so I switched to modafinil which is slightly cheaper where I live, it works even better and I virtually have no side effects from it at all.

I never took zoloft and modafinil at the same time though, Peace C
