You definitely have room to increase the Effexor higher; max is 375mg/day. Loss of effectiveness of an antidepressant was seen with Prozac and referred to as "Prozac poop out." Would definitely recommend talking to your pdoc about options if things are going downhill before your symptoms become more serious.

My questions are: 1) Is it normal, so all I have to do is keep up with the medication as is? 2) Should I suggest to my p-doc a dosage increase, or 3) a complete change of medicines?
