I ask because I'm very concerned. It's not a minor thing, if it was really a hypertensive reaction--
You absolutely need to figure out what could have caused what happened, so you can take precautions in the future.
I'm hoping your attitude, which seems a bit casual, is caused by the sleepiness and that tomorrow you'll realize that this could potentially be dangerous-- if you're not extremely careful not to repeat whatever happened. Mao doesn't get replaced so quickly, and right now, you could be much more susceptible to another reaction, because your reserves have been used.
Please stop taking the parnate and be very careful about what you eat.
