That sounds like tolerance, and it's very similar to what seems to have happened to me with methylphenidate. Although, to be fair, in my case it might just be plain vanilla increased depression.

It's possible that Adderall will help, or maybe methylphenidate, or Vyvanse, which might be the best bet, since Dexedrine helped you. It's certainly worth trying one of them, to see if they'll help.

If you're taking it for ADHD, though, you might consider Strattera -- it seems to me that six months is a pretty brief time for that level of tolerance to build up. It may be that stimulants aren't your best bet.
