If it's uncontrollable, it could be mild TD. I think lip twitching and tongue rolling are typical. I think antipsychotics can cause it, as can a lot of ADs (though it is rare as I understand).

If it's just something you do as a habit, sort of compulsively, but still intentionally, from stress (like I do), it's probably just anxiety.
