I'm really sorry to hear that. I can't tell yet either how well it's working. I think if I were taking it alone it wouldn't be working, but I'm taking it with Remeron and the combo seems to ahve started worked (I hope). I've been on Pristiq 3.5 weeks. About the anorgasmia -- I must say that Remeron has the *opposite* effect.
