Prior to revolution health being bought out and reformed, in their original archives of patient reviews of psych meds ultram was the highest rated of them all. Tolerance and dependence were mentioned often, but were not a problem with everyone.

I tried it in low doses about a year ago since it is easy to get on the web. I was feeling a little better for a few days when I added Modafinil to it, since that one was the second highest rated drug. How could I go wrong with the top 2 meds? Anyway, I got really really depressed. Very bad. Stopped them both and recovered to baseline in about 3 days. With the benefit of hindsight, it is Modafinil that does that to me. No idea how things would have gone had I stayed with Ultram. I guess the whole addiction/tolerance thing had me scared of getting in over my head.
