carbohydrate cravings from h*ll-pdoc appt soon

at night i take
10mg ambien
10mg lexapro
100mg lamictal
during the day i take adderall from 0 to 60mgs
Modifinal occassionally
i was doing okay with my cravings once i began the lamictal but now i am out of control
2 questions
1) might the lamictal calm the cravings again if i increase dosage?
2) the lexapro has helped me with getting out of bed in the morning and it smoothed out some edginess. but lexapro always melts down on me.
what's my next option?
i have an early morning appt with my pdoc on tuesday
