Theoretically, vitamin B6 might increase glutathione levels. B6 helps convert homocysteine to glutathione via a process called transsulfuration.

So, in my case, I wouldn't say that either positive symptoms or negative symptoms are predominant over the other. But I definitely know how troubling and disabling negative symptoms can be, and I certainly don't doubt that there are others who are negative-symptom dominant.
