i would dump the wellbutrin (it makes a lot of people feel all flat) and the remeron (i think it has a negative effect on quality of sleep)
lose the valim for xanax
this is why
xanax has an almost immediate effect so you can take a small dose and see where it puts you pretty quickly
especially if you chew it ( bad habits from my dark past)because it kicks in so quickly you can put off taking it until you are sure you need it
i am very pro-benzodefinitely try some celexa or lexapro to snap out of it
