Hi Phillipa,
I agree with Marty, it's just called "depression". We all get used to feeling OK on the meds and then some days come along and it feels like you're back where it all started from. That's my take anyway.
And you have to keep taking your meds because you know that stopping will likely make things worse, maybe a lot worse.
And you should remember that you've felt this way before and gotten through it. Right? So swallow what you need to + anything that'll help it pass, pull the blinds down, put on a movie, pretend it's night-time if that'll help.
Tomorrow you WILL feel better. That's the only good thing about feeling bad Phillipa - that you've generally only got one direction to go, meaning UP..!
