weight gain/loss with seroquel and clozapine

Hi,

I have gained over 100 lbs while being treated
with clozapine.

A psychiatrist I saw recently said there is evidence that adding seroquel to clozapine will
reverse the clopzapine induced metabolic syndrome and lower my glycemic index.

Has anyone ever heard of this?
