No -- don't cold turkey it for that long, even though 10mg is not a large dose. If you don't think it works any more, you would have to go down in what is the typical medical recommendation, 10% per week give or take, maybe a little higher, and so it only comes as low as 2mg or oral drops, which might be better if your insurance covers it.

I would consult your doctor about this though.
