Those are incredibly low doses of both agents, and barely in the therapeutic range for most people, but everyone is different in how they process things. If you were at 200mg of Luvox and 40mg of Paxil, that would be a concerning combination, I would think.

Then again, I knew of someone with a touch of anxiety who was responding to 5mg of Paxil -- but each of these are individual cases of course.

And yes, if you are concerned I would direct this towards your doctor who has known you more. Personally, I don't think its anything to worry about but I metabolize a lot.
