What about Stelazine? It is weight neutral or produces weight loss and is known to help some people with depression. I would have to check whether or not it increases prolactin. I guess so. Lactation is listed as an infrequent side effect.Oh, well. Let me check...
... Maybe it would be worth a quick trial. Stelazine tends to be activating. EPS is a rare occurrence at dosages under 6mg., and lactation is not as much of a problem as it is with other antipsychotics. In fact, at low concentrations, it suppresses the secretion of prolactin. Unfortunately, the study I saw did not give a human dosage equivalent for this inhibitory concentration. Nevertheless, it is an interesting drug.
