Well, my advice is to go to the hospital. I guess every place is different, but we have a great Psych. Hosp. here (Washington State). I spent 2 weeks there in march for severe depression, and they really helped me a lot, got me on the right meds, taught me a lot of 'coping skills' etc. I'm doing well now.
Hey man, if you're feeling that bad, please go to the hospital. I wish you well Jeroen.
