Re: Doxepin and EKG

Posted by zatar on April 26, 2008, at 21:26:21

I take low dose (10mg) doxepin for sleep. Could this low a dose possibly cause non-specific EKG changes and palpitations? I'm not sure if these symptoms are being caused by the doxepin or if my autonomic dysfunction is causing them.

Could trazodone also cause these symptoms? I need to be on a sleep med for long term use due to a sleep disorder.

Thank you.
