Hi Dan,
I took 60 mg for a while. It helped with my PTSD symptoms, like flashbacks. I also struggle with depression, but at the time I was taking high doses of cymbalta.

maybe that will answer some of the more technical questions?

Everyone will respond differently to meds, but in general if you respond to a small dose--- good for you!

I'm sorry you're feeling bad, but at least you've got a new treatment to try (just don't resist it!!! )
