I'm not sure if you can or not -- any risk besides the necessary weekly bloodwork and discontinuation if low blood cell count occurs would be respiratory depression, because both are rather sedating medications.

But moreover if that is not a risk, it would be extreme sedation -- Seroquel, depending on the person can be relatively to fairly sedating, but its anybody's guess how sedating Clozaril can get, exceeding 50% of patient reports.

A better choice if your doctor thinks is warranted is to taper between Seroquel and Clozaril, with all the required blood tests, and eliminate the Seroquel. I don't know -- I'm not an expert on multiple antipsychotics but it seems that unless its a complicated case, one is usually better than two, because there are unknowns in what transmitters they actually work upon.
