Man, you have to lose the "woe is me" attitude. People on this board have bent head over heels to help you and you never listen. Racer has given you lots of excellent advice and you don't take it.
I think that since you know you will not be given stimulants, that you need to find an alternative way to treat to the ADD. It is possible. Not everyone goes on meds.
I also think that what be seen as ADD by you, is actually hypomania since you are bipolar.
