I'd be very careful not taking the Effexor for a couple of days. When I tried to come off the stuff (under my doctor's supervision) I had withdrawal effects which weren't pleasant - even though the withdrawal was gradual.I think the best thing is to give it a bit longer. If you still fatigued - and it's bothering you, go back to your doctor and ask to change medications.
