Hi
I took 225mg of Effexor for several months - and had the exact same fatigue and tiredness. All I wanted to do was just lie down all day and do nothing! I'm certain it wasn't the depression as fatigue wasn't one of my main symptoms at the time.
I ended up switching to 60mg of Prozac which didn't have the same 'energy sapping' side effects as the Effexor.
Some people on here do well on Effexor, but I'm afraid I won't be trying it again - not unless I'm playing on becoming totally lethargic!
