Its the NRI component. I was a raging irritable jerk on 300mg of wellbutrin.
On that low of a dose of effexor it should just level off after a bit. I had to stop the wellbutrin because i was seriously screaming at people over asking me what time it was or other innocent questions.
This was years ago though.
