I am tempted to stay on the 60mg for 4 weeks and to see then, but I am getting nothing but sleepiness and a bit of dizziness and poorer balance. Fortunately, constipation, increased appetite, anorgasmia have not hit. But having to sleep 12+ hours a day is a nightmare, and my social life is worse than before I started because of sleepiness! I have read the side effects start to disappear soon, but am I at high enough dose to get the benefits?

Social Anxiety may require higher doses than depression. You shouldn't give up until you have tried 1mg/kg for a few months, or up to 90mg. This totally depends on how you are handling the side effects though. Orthostatic hypotension or other side effects may limit what dose you max out on. I have only been on Nardil for 2-3 months and the sleepiness is gone, and I am taking 75mg, soon to go to 90mg. I still have a bit of dizziness, and the balance thing has not improved. Just my experiences, YMMV.
