I haven't been on cymbalta for a year now. It was an effective AntiDepressant for me for a long time, but at the high dose that I was on 120mg, I had sexual side effects and lots of daytime fatigue. thank god for coffee and provigil!
right now I'm responding really well to 50m of zoloft, which is an SSRI. I also take mood stabilizer lamictal which has some AD effects too.
