Yes. I take Lamictal. Deplin is billed on their site as an AD augmentation. It helps other ADs be more effective. But hey if it works for you alone, even better. I had to cut back on my Lamictal. I used to get this weird side effect whenever I moved my dose up to 250mgs. I could watch myself sleep. Weird I know. So I've always taken 200 but after Deplin and my wonderful response to it I've cut the Lamictal back because that sleep thing started to happen again. Hey Deplin is not a pharmaceutical and less Lamictal is fine with me. As long as I feel great and I'm taking fewer meds ROCK ON.
