My pdoc said she didn't want to take any chances at all so she took me off of it. Sucks b/c like I said, I loved it. I didn't have any low mood swings and my irritability was under control as well.
>I was thinking more like 12.5mg. Some p-docs are too conservative. Lamictal is an excellent drug that doesn't make me feel druged like other mood stabilizers. I also take effexor. This combination works great for me. You can give neurontin a try, it might work out for you. From what I have gathered, it doesn't have the greatest mood stabilizing properties as the first line drugs.
