The liquid seprenyl i.e deprenyl to me was great at this,it will cause over stimulation then agigtaion,but i found it had a extreme synergy with a mg of klonopin.
If the dose is raised,i believe it then becomes a med more like parnate,where alhough it still has high affinity for dopamine,making it more stimulant then say nardil,it is however no longer a islolated maoi b drug,and rather a maoi a and b which means it affects a wider spectrum of chemials including ones that can cause interactions as well as maoi i believe no longer makes it direct to the brain but rather a whole body effect making it more of a possable danger.
All an all its probuvably a more potent,more cleaner but similiar effect to parnate,where as nardil due to its general effect of raising natural gaba levels will remain a unique maoi.
