I don't know, but your idea has merit as being possibly effective. T3 produces an increase in the sensitivity of postsynaptic NE receptors. Remeron produces an increase in the release of NE. Maybe they are to be synergistic.

Personally, T3 wrecked me. It exacerbated my depression severely. I found T4 much more helpful. Perhaps this is a bipolar thing.
