How to Take Provigil T/O the Day for Max Effect?

I'm trying to figure out the best way to take Provigil for maximum effect. I have heard that at 200 or 300 mg it is 85% saturated so that taking more is almost useless but I'm not certain this is true.
Right now I take 400 mg in the morning and 200 mg around 2:00 pm. I'm fine in the morning but am still having trouble with sedation in the afternoon.
What are folks' experiences? Is it better to take it all at once? Does taking more really help? Anything else? Thanks!
