It lessens over time, but its a long time. Some people do perpetually remain blunted, which is a common aspect of neuroleptics. I don't know what else other than what was suggested, if you have to stay awake, drink (a little) coffee so you don't nod off at work too much or (worse) on the road. And of course always take it just before you go to bed at night, early. But piling drug after drug will eventually chase rainbows because the Seroquel is supposed, well, to calm onesself and unfortunately it isn't perfect :( But its what we got besides Clozaril that has low[er] side effects at this point.
