I stupidly stopped klonopin 1.5mgs cold turkey, after 2 yrs of taking it. I lasted 3 weeks. Anxiety so bad, derealization, panic attacks,not sleeping one minute, almost forgetting my name, address, and phone number.
Given that, i can quit ssri's cold turkey easily. 50 percent of people who quit the benzos do just fine. All depends on your reaction. It sounds your reaction is fine, so go with it, how you feel.
