Meds that might counteract your side-effect include Flomax and Urecholine, which is older and available in generic.

I have begun removing the patch while I sleep at night and to my surprise it seems to be even more effective than wearing it 24/7. This has also resulted in a reduction of the retention to a point near normalcy.
I am on the 12mg/24h patch (40mg)
