Here's an idea -- check the pharmacy websites. Walgreen's website has price checks, and I'm sure most others do, too. You can ask us, or you could find out pretty easily from the source.

And yet, somehow, the idea of trying Strattera with, say, Zoloft never came up? Did you consider taking in an article showing that Strattera and Prozac are contraindicated, but Strattera and Zoloft are not, maybe you could try again. Strattera is a good drug, and it just might help you.

From what I've read of your posting here, I think that some behavioral interventions would help you a lot. There are a lot of great medications out there, some of which would no doubt be more helpful for you than Prozac is right now. I think it would have made sense for you to try lithium, if that's what your doctor was thinking a while back.

It's hard to tell from your posts -- for me, at least -- which of your questions are about medications your doctor is suggesting, and which you're thinking about yourself. I know I've asked about this in the past, but I don't remember you ever answering those questions?

In this case, Deplin -- and it helps to spell it correctly when you look it up at the pharmacy website -- is a nutritional medication. It's a more easily metabolized form of folic acid -- L-methylfolate. It's being sold as an adjunctive agent to antidepressants, so if you're still experiencing residual symptoms of depression, it might be helpful for you. I don't believe I've seen you complaining about residual symptoms, though, in your recent posts. Forgive me if I missed something here.

Good luck to you.
