Venlafaxine, I think I am coming off

Hi, venlafaxine helps, but I can't get over the chest tightness it produces. It feels like something is contricting my coronary artery not to mention strange erratic pulse.
Hard to describe.
Not that I need to go through withdrawl, I just feel like I know better, and I don't really want to discuss it with doctors.
Anyhow. I don't want to mess with the heart.
Maybe one day they'll make effective drugs that are also safe.
