Deplin did nothing for me, sorry to say. B vitamins helped me a lot thought, which is sort of what deplin is. Some how I doubt it will help ADHD, But I realy don't know. I don't think it will interfear with the other meds you take, as I took it with celexa(SSRI), and other meds.
