I definitely agree that diet is important. Unfortunately, lipid abnormalities associated with Zyprexa are often so marked than statins (eg. Zocor, Lipitor, Crestor etc) are probably needed in most cases. If you only have mildly elevated cholesterol diet may be sufficient.
