I take zyprexa, it has the effect of making me gain weight. I found that taking an anti-diabetic medicine, metformin, keeps the weight off, diabetes away, increases metabolism.
One thing that I noticed while on abilify, was a huge appatite, and I was losing the weight, I could not eat enough to keep blood sugar high enough. I was also taking some zyprexa too. Not sure what would happen with you though.
