Hands down, Remeron for my depression. Got me up off the living room floor and stopped my suicidal ideation.
Xanax for anxiety.
Ambien for insomnia (medication induced, while I was on Effexor and then Cymbalta).
And definitely, finding the right therapist. I'd say that it's been more like putting a puzzle together than finding a key to fit a lock.
