ADHD.Yeah, I forgot, they should have never made it...Focalin(definitely cotton mouth effect) So today was the last straw for me when my pdoc said,"let's try two more options,a combination of adding RitalinIR to your AdderallXr and if that doesn't work,RitalinIR and Concerta."
-Very common combo.
-he says,"If all else fails, let's try adding another mood stabilizer to your regimen and take out the stimulants."
-I'd review this, AHEM.
My response was, let's try you paying me the 175/hour I pay you and I'll try a combination of different stimulants on you and if they don't work....well maybe we'll have to meet more often during the week...say maybe five times a week...if that doesn't stimulate you then we'll increase the fee...c'mon give me a break!!
What is it you are wanting treatment for again?
Are your goals realistic?
There are options you are yet to trial.
