Why thank you!

>i have that as well on 200mg lamictal. my mind wasnt racing..it was just turned on.. sitting there. i would sleep eventually after well..after 2+ hours .i also wake up all night long (but fall back asleep) and have tumultous dreams i cant remember.

I sleep like crap, but I haven't had any weird dreams. And I've always had trouble falling asleep. It just annoys me that now I have trouble sleeping well, and sometimes trouble staying asleep.

> i wasnt functioning in the mornings due to fatigue and just couldnt keep my eyes open. Nightly ambien helped a lot. I recently added 20mg of geodon to the mix and im finally sleeping again without ambien!! its not the best sleep..but its good enough.

Oy, Ambien messed me up! It didn't work and it made me feel horrible for a week. Achy all over, and panicky as all get out.

> lamictal has tons of weird little insidious effects. loss of coordination.. light tremor.. some daytime fatigue.. some cognitive effects..constipation. still a good med..but yeah.. my temperature regulation is screwed.

I get the light tremors sometimes. The cognitive effects have subsided. When I was first starting on it, I was really stupid LOL. Funny enough, my temperature regulation is better. It was always messed up before, and now, I'm just a bit hot all the time, as opposed to being hot and cold at all kinds of weird times.

It is a good med, I've never felt better in my life, but I wish I could SLEEP!!!
