I've been to several urologists and for some reason my bladder becomes inflammed whenever I take any of the SSRI/SNRI drugs. Wellbutrin doesn't cause any inflamation. We're not sure why I am having this reaction. Although, I have been taking these drugs since 1990 - so I don't know if there are any longterm studies done on bladder reactions to SSRIs.

The reason why I asked about norepinephrine is beacuse I noticed a few years ago when I took Phentermine (a diet pill) that I felt great, no depression, more focus and motivation. I research what brain chemicals are effected by Phentermine and it said norepinephrine, dopamine and adrenaline. Plus, no bladder reactions.

Since I don't want to take diet pills the rest of my life, I figured I would look into what other drugs target these same chemicals.
