Sometimes augmentations can help.
For instance, fluvoxamine (an SSRI), can help PTSD, and some studies suggest it can lower the necessary dose of a neuroleptic.
Vitamin C can augment antipsychotics according to some studies.
Not sure what to say. I assume you've tried other APs?
