Apparently prozac does increase dopamine at least in rats. Check out this study

Have you ever tried adding modifinal (provigil) to augment the prozac? This stimulant is not addictive and studies have been done adding it to
ssri's for partial responders and people with depression and fatigue. I've tried it and it's definately worth trying.
