Reading your symptoms, yes, I feel sorry for you. But please, be a smart a*se and get your behind to a new psychiatrist as soon as possible! Sure, the only responsibility about your mental state of wellbeing is to yourself first and foremost, but this does not discharge you from sensible behaviour!
You have to research other regular meds. Until you find the one suitable for you. Have you tried psycho therapy? There's also a load of other options out there, like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). I tried this last year and it really brightened my mood... So Babak, please go out there and get some responsible advice. That's all I can say.
