Feeling hyper/manic?

I've been taking 150mg of Trileptal at night along with Xanax and it has really helped me sleep great. But during the day I'm feeling a little hyper. Does this mean I need to take a dose of Trileptal during the day?

Or, I can start a low dose of Depakote during the day.

I don't know.
