It's an inactive precursor to dexedrine that will convert into dexedrine after consuming, providing a 12 hour essentially constant dose with less of the reinforcing effects that make some physicians cautious about prescribing amphetamines. In theory it will be less addictive and longer lasting. Shire have approval - I was wondering when I can bug my pdoc to prescribe it.
