How long does it take???

I'm currently on Remeron 45 mgs. and prozac 20 mgs. (will go up to 40 mgs. in two days on the prozac} been on the remeron about 3 weeks and the prozac 12 days and i'm still very depressed. Is it too early for these meds to kick in or should i talk to my pdoc about trying different meds? I'm also on trileptal 150 mgs. bid. I'm very frustrated...any suggestions will be very much appreciated.
