I'm still pretty new here and I don't know you as well as a lot of people here, but I get your impression you're really lonely with your kids and husband both being unsupportive, and while you continue to search for the right medicine, you could really use some support. Psychobabble's nice, but I think you would benefit a whole lot more by joining a support group where you could meet people face to face who are going through what you're going through.
Have you considered this?
