It could be due to the PRN nature of taking Seroquel which, like most neuroleptics aren't really intended for taking PRN. However I assume you're taking like 12.5 or 25 or something for sleep, so you're only activating H1 ?


If that's the case, there can be momentary palpitations and other oddities upon sleep as it does cause low blood pressure and lay and rise heart aberrations. Unless you're taking a significant dose I wouldn't think the QTc part would even come into factor.
